Bell Cornwall Recruitment are ecstatic to be recruiting for a reliable Property Administrator for an estate agency in Oldbury dealing with commercial properties (offices, industrial units and retail centres). As an Administration Assistant, you’ll support the Estates Management team, handle tenant concerns, manage the Property Management System, and perform various administrative tasks. Flexibility is key to assisting the office team as needed.
Key functions of the role:
1. Act as the first point of contact for tenants, suppliers and any other callers to the business
2. Undertake training where needed
3. Coordinate meter readings during tenant changes
4. Support the Office Manager and handle legal documents
5. Monitor stationery and provide reception coverage
6. Maintain strict confidentiality of tenant and company data
7. Ahere to health, safety and security protocols
Essential Criteria:
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
9. Basic computer literacy
10. Strong numeracy skills
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
12. GCSE level of equivalent required
13. A Level/NVQ equivalent preferred
14. Prior administration or customer care experience preferred
15. Knowledge of property management beneficial
16. Reliable, adaptable and self-motivated
17. Presentable appearance and proficient in English
18. Ambitious and flexible with a positive attitude
