WHAT’S INVOLVED? Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers over the phone, understanding their financial needs and car buying preferences and providing them with support throughout the purchasing process Efficiently manage your pipeline and new leads to ensure maximum conversion Follow up with customers, dealerships and lenders when required Conduct DPA and verify that clients meet the necessary legal and financial requirements for car financing, ensure all transactions comply with FCA regulations Maintain accurate records of all client interactions Stay up to date with various car financing trends, interest rates and changes to lender criteria, educating customers about the different financing products available and help them choose the most suitable one for their needs WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
