We are currently recruiting for a Group General Manager to work with us in Oxford.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across two sites that provide exceptional hospitality services and staff dining.
Location: 0X12 0DQ
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday - sociable hours
Key Responsibilities:
* Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations.
* Full of innovation and creativity to develop the food offering.
* Lead, develop and manage the team of 20+ staff members, ensuring you and staff members are up to date with COSHH and Food hygiene training and any other relevant trainings.
* Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual business.
* Ensure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget.
* Managing exciting projects within the sites from creation to delivery.
* Develop plans to expand and enhance catering services.
* Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative ideas.
* Implement sustainable practices and stay innovative.
* Understand client needs and ensure their expectations are exceeded.
