Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
Place of work: Hybrid working both in the office and from home
Rate of pay: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
The role:
This is a key role with duties to include:
* Completing and presenting a full commercial analysis to the sales team on all new potential ingredients or finished products that are being prepared for launch
* Utilising HubSpot to create commercial reports on our E2E process for all ingredients and products that include branded and partner ingredients, summarising pipeline opportunities.
* Conduct market research and work collaboratively with our Marketing Dept. to identify the latest trends in the core sectors in which we trade.
* Hosting internal training sessions for colleagues on the benefits, uses of and associated documentation required for all trademarked ingredients
* Hosting introductory meetings with potential new ingredient suppliers
* Collaborating with our Marketing, Compliance, Purchasing and Quality teams to generate a commercial quarterly Product Marketing Plan
* Overseeing the marketing and sales content that is published for all new product launches
* Attending tradeshows, virtual meetings etc. to host sales meetings to maximise opportunities for sales of our partner ingredients, consistently seek the latest innovative new ingredients
* Ensuring the content of all trademarked (Partner & Branded) ingredient folders is kept updated.
* Supporting the Sales team by attending customer meetings.
* Ensuring all product launches and their associated labels are compliant with any specified Agreements, Contracts or Conditions of Use.
To be successful in this role you will have a relevant qualification (such as within nutrition or science areas) along with sales and project management experience.
