Our client is seeking an Exams Administrative Assistant to join their team The Role: As an Exams Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of all exams. Your main responsibilities will include providing administrative support before and after exams, responding to candidate queries, assisting with the production of candidate results and performance reports, and maintaining accurate records. Main areas of responsibility: Pre-exam administrative support:Support the exam administrators, respond to candidate queries, and manage the refund process. Post-exam administrative support:Assist with the production and checking of candidate results, produce reports on candidate and question performance, and ensure data and documents are stored securely. General:Maintain the exams enquiries line and email, record candidate data, assist with the running of London exams, and support the wider team with non-operational administration. Key working relationships: Internally, you will collaborate with the Exams Team, including operations administrators and the Exams Manager. You will also interact with colleagues from the Finance and Facilities Teams. Externally, you will provide service to exam candidates and their trainers, as well as exam invigilators and venues. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have excellent literacy and numeracy skills, and experience working in a team and delivering outstanding service. Knowledge of Microsoft packages and a strong attention to detail are essential. Experience in a membership, exam, assessment, or educational setting is highly desired. Other qualities and requirements: You should have effective communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively and prioritise tasks.
