Due to explosive growth, we now need a highly ambitious, hands-on Retrofit Administrator who can support the Retrofit team to deliver the best-in-class, end-to-end, Retrofit service for our clients, ensuring that there is a 100% compliance to PAS 2030 standards.

Mission of the role:
To assist on the day-to-day administration, reporting, and communications to support the Retrofit team and our customers.
Key tasks include:
* Converting newly assigned leads into projects and recording these on our cloud-based software.
* Managing the team inbox including updating projects and customer communications.
* Actioning and assigning incoming communications from our customers using Zendesk software.
* Supporting the Retrofit team with system administration.
* Liaising with customers via both telephone and email.
* Advising customers of any projects that are blocked, and chasing/updating any missing information required.
* Ensuring that all required documentation has been received and signed.
* Assisting the Retrofit team to deliver end-to-end services to the highest level of quality under agreed client SLA’s.
* Delivering an awesome service with a high-quality standard of Retrofit projects.
Do you have…:
* 3 years’ experience in administration.
* Industry knowledge and experience (nice to have).
* Experience with Microsoft Suite, Office, and Adobe.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills.
* Able to learn and adapt to different systems/software.
