As a highly respected and successful Trust, we are seeking to appoint a first-class Office Manager to work within our HR department to lead and manage the HR office, the HR Administrators/Officers, and to ensure accurate and efficient HR procedures and processes across the Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of the BCAT Central team.
Previous experience of working within a school environment, leading a team, and working within HR is desirable. The ability to work accurately and to cope with the demands and pace of the workflow are essential, as are the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and lead and manage a busy team effectively.
Training will be provided for the various ICT and HR systems used, although proficiency with ICT in general is essential, as is the ability to lead and manage a team. Training towards qualifications within HR is supported and encouraged.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an excellent grasp of the written word plus a friendly telephone manner.
This role will suit an experienced HR Officer/Administrator looking to further their career in a School/Trust leadership role and to enhance their expertise in HR.
The role is full-time all-year-round and will require some travel within the Trust area, which includes two schools in Canterbury and one in Thanet.
