Net Zero Technology Centre Role Title Project Coordinator Reports To Chief Operations Officer Purpose of the Role The main purpose of this role is to coordinate the successful management and delivery of the allocated projects to demonstrate appropriate delivery of the NZTC operations and wider Net Zero Technology Centre strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Assist in the effective day-to-day coordination of a portfolio of technology projects across the Net Zero Technology Centre. Preparation and updating of high-quality technical documents under the supervision of project managers and project engineers, including production of state-aid forms with the help of the relevant team. Assist the Operations team in the preparation of project proposals as part of our ‘Spark’ process, producing project management reports, e.g. cost, tracking and monthly reports. Collaborate closely with the Operations team to support the development and management of stakeholder organisation such as universities, industry, and technology developers. Assist in the identification and appraisal process of the relevance, readiness, and accessibility of existing technology in the marketplace (e.g., universities, service and supply network, oil and gas operators, independent institutions). Assist in the identification and appraisal process of the applicability of technologies being deployed in other industrial sectors that could be capable of technology transfer into the upstream oil and gas industry in support of the technology theme solutions. Ensure all work is in alignment with internal processes and policies, keep abreast of changes to these and operate within the agreed framework. Proficient in the use of IT Systems including Microsoft Office packages. Qualification Requirements For The Role Relevant degree or business experience. Travel The role may require short duration travel trips, both within the United Kingdom and internationally.
