Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated D365 Programme Manager to lead and manage the successful implementation and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) across our organization. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of D365 projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, managing cross-functional teams, and driving efficiency and effectiveness in the use of D365 solutions. The Programme Manager will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, from executive leadership to technical teams, to deliver high-impact results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Programme Leadership:
Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of D365 projects, including but not limited to implementation, upgrades, and integrations.
2. Strategic Planning & Alignment:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive programme roadmap aligned with business objectives, ensuring D365 solutions support the long-term strategy and vision of the organization.
3. Stakeholder Management:
Engage with key business stakeholders to understand their requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful adoption of D365 across various departments.
4. Team Management & Development:
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, business analysts, and functional consultants. Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
5. Project Delivery & Governance:
Oversee the project delivery process, ensuring the use of best practices in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and change control.
6. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:
Ensure that D365 solutions meet functional requirements, quality standards, and performance expectations. Identify and drive continuous improvements within the programme.
7. Risk & Issue Management:
Proactively manage risks and issues related to the programme, including identifying potential obstacles, resolving conflicts, and ensuring the programme stays on track.
8. Communication & Reporting:
Provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders on programme progress, risks, timelines, and budget.
9. Budget & Resource Management:
Manage programme budgets, ensuring optimal use of resources while adhering to financial constraints.
Skills:
10. Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of D365 modules (., Finance, Operations, Customer Engagement) and integration points with other systems. Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and system architecture.
11. Leadership:
Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale, complex programmes with multiple workstreams. Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills.
12. Project Management:
Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (., MS Project, JIRA, .
13. Communication:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
