What is the role?
To support people regardless of age or disability to lead ordinary lives as laid out by the Scottish Executive’s National Care Standards. This will involve providing assistance to people with higher support needs and supervising a staff team providing this support.
The post holder will also be required to assist the Unit Team Leader in the development of innovative and integrative services for clients.

The Grade of these posts are Grade 2 / Level 7; the hourly rate is from £17.28 to £18.70 and the annual salary is from £31,536 to £34,127.
The work pattern for these posts are 5 days over 7.
This post is considered to be Regulated Work with protected adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007. Accordingly the preferred candidate will be required to become a member of the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update if already a Scheme member, prior to any formal offer of employment being made.
