An exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Engineer has arisen with a Semiconductor company that has developed a revolutionary 3D metrology technology, based in Oxford.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Engineer to manage the technical relationship between the company and its customers. Following training, the Customer Support Engineer will be able to provide remote and onsite support to resolve customers technical problems, ensuring the products is performing at the highest level of performance and reliability.
The ability to travel to customer sites up to 60% of the time, sometimes at short notice, across Europe, US & Asia is essential.
You will commit to an onsite working model, required onsite 5 days a week.
Experience of the Customer Support Engineer includes:
* Worked a similar role in an electronic-based company, such as semiconductor, scientific instrument, medical device or another high-value instrumentation environment
* 2+ years’ experience working in a product support team or service & repair role
* BSc in an engineering field
