Job Description
To work with a small team to plan, carry out, and take responsibility for sales activities in assigned accounts to maintain and develop sales of our services, in accordance with the agreed business plan.
Responsibilities
* Present and sell the company’s products and services to existing and potential clients.
* Manage account services and resolve client concerns.
* Monitor and report on sales activities and provide relevant management information.
* Establish, maintain, and develop current and potential client relationships.
* Prepare presentations and proposals.
* Oversee and manage the daily operations of the administration department.
* Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
* Coordinate and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists, administrative assistants, and office clerks.
* Ensure efficient and effective office management, including organizing files, maintaining records, and managing schedules.
* Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years of managerial experience.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* A second language would be preferable but is not essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
