Talentedge HR are seeking a People Data Analyst to join a global business. This role is pivotal in leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and enhance people strategies. The role is based in London with a Hybrid flexible working environment.
Key Responsibilities;
1. Gather and analyse HR data to identify trends and insights.
2. Create personalised People Analytics presentations for key stakeholders.
3. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to understand their data needs.
4. Deliver excellence in data storytelling and visualisation.
5. Contribute to fostering a data-driven culture within the HR community.
6. Provide training and upskilling to HR teams on People data.
7. Extract and monitor trends from people data.
8. Shape clear and concise reporting tailored to various projects.
9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritising tasks effectively.
10. Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and adhere to internal data governance standards.
The ideal candidate will be:
1. Driven, analytical, and passionate about data.
2. At least 3 years in a similar people analytics role.
3. Proficient in data analysis and visualisation tools, with advanced Excel skills.
4. Experienced in working with large datasets and capable of presenting complex information clearly.
5. Familiar with HR Systems and Power BI.
6. A strong communicator, able to collaborate effectively within a team.
