* Proven experience as a tyre fitter, preferably within a dealership environment.
* Expertise in various tyre fitting, balancing, and alignment techniques.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work efficiently under time constraints in a busy environment.
* Proficient in using all necessary equipment related to tyre fitting services.
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
* Full UK Right to Work.
* Able to reliably commute to the Brooklands area.
* Confident talking direct to customers.
* Must have full UK driving Licence.
Key Responsibilities as a Tyre Fitter
* Conduct professional tyre fitting and repair services on a range of vehicles.
* Perform wheel balancing and alignment to ensure optimum vehicle performance.
* Inspect and assess tyre conditions to recommend repair or replacement.
* Maintain accurate records of all services provided.
* Ensure the workshop area is clean and organized, promoting a safe working environment.
* Liaise with the service team to ensure seamless communication with customers.
