The company holds a worldwide presence and is one of the largest UK suppliers of mechanical and non-mechanical construction equipment working on a diverse portfolio of projects, including international projects. Due to a period of incredibly high growth, the company is on the lookout for a talented design engineer to join their groundworks team and allow for sustained growth.
In this role, you will be based in their Glasgow office, playing an integral role within the company and working closely with a team of engineers that will mentor you and ensure you upskill within the company. You will develop new relationships, produce temporary works designs and drawings, undertake checks of designs and drawings, and attend regional design meetings where required.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role within design, and have experience designing temporary works. You will be ambitious and want to progress within a firm where there are no limits.

The Role:
* Produce temporary works designs and drawings
* Undertake checks of designs and drawings
* Actively contribute to regional sales meetings
* Attend regional design meetings and conferences when required
* Build relationships with key customers
The Person:
* A Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering degree
* 2-3 years experience within temporary works
* Ability to engage with clients and other construction professionals
* CAD experience is a MUST - REVIT is desirable
