The Governing Body of St Joseph's Catholic Primary School, are looking to recruit a hardworking, enthusiastic and flexible Site Manager to join our friendly school in Kingston upon Thames.The successful candidate will have responsibilities which include, maintaining the school premises and grounds, ensuring site security, performing mandatory checks and monitoring as well as co-ordinating on-site contractors and cleaners. Working in a busy school environment, a large degree of flexibility is a must.The role is based on 36 hours per week, but specific hours of work will be negotiable upon appointment of the successful candidate. There will be a need to include Monday to Friday for school opening at a minimum.The successful candidate will:Be adaptable, self-motivated and able to use own initiateHave good DIY skillsBe able to react positively to the pressures of working in a busy school environmentBe able to carry out the physically demanding tasks of the roleEnsure the school maintains health and safety requirementsPotential candidates are warmly invited to visit the school.
