This role will develop and deliver training interventions, primarily peer support workshops, to support managers in developing their people manager skills. This role is a vital expression of our People Statement, ensuring our workforce know that this is a place where they can thrive, feel proud of the work they do, and be supported to be themselves.
This role would suit an Employee Relations Adviser, HR Generalist or experienced People Manager with a good understanding of HR policy and procedures who has experience of developing and running learning and development courses or programmes.
