As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying the reach and impact of CFA Institute’s Research & Policy Center (RPC)—a leading global think tank dedicated to investment research, regulatory developments, and financial policy analysis. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and drive high-profile digital marketing initiatives that engage institutional audiences, research professionals, and key stakeholders worldwide. You will take ownership of digital audience growth, content marketing, and multi-channel engagement and work at the intersection of research, policy, and marketing—leveraging innovative digital strategies to position CFA Institute as a global thought leader.
What You’ll Do
1. Develop and execute a digital-first marketing strategy to drive engagement with the Research & Policy Center’s insights and content.
2. Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives, including website optimization, social media strategy, newsletters, paid media, and live event promotions.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, research, and advocacy teams to align content, messaging, and audience engagement tactics.
4. Manage and optimize digital platforms, ensuring best practices in digital publishing, audience growth, and content distribution.
5. Utilize analytics and performance insights to refine marketing strategies, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.
6. Influence senior stakeholders within the CFA Institute and external policy and research communities, shaping the strategic direction of digital engagement.
7. Stay ahead of digital trends in thought leadership marketing, ensuring the Research & Policy Center remains a globally recognized source of financial insights.
What We’re Looking For
1. Deep expertise in digital marketing, with proven experience in audience growth, content marketing, SEO, email automation, social media, and paid media.
2. Industry experience in financial services, digital think tanks, digital publications, or research-driven organizations.
3. Strategic mindset with the ability to shape marketing initiatives
4. Exceptional stakeholder management, with confidence in influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
5. Proven ability to drive digital audience engagement, develop compelling messaging, and execute high-impact go-to-market strategies.
6. Experience managing digital platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation systems.
7. Excellent communication skills, with a passion for research, policy, and global financial trends.
