This role is vital in ensuring smooth front-of-house operations and providing exceptional support to clients and colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Cover front-of-house and reception duties, including meeting and greeting clients and colleagues. Manage the reception and helpdesk inbox efficiently. Raise response works using the system. Handle customer queries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly. Perform any other duties that may arise to support the team. Provide support to the Regional Facilities Manager as required.Requirements: Proven experience in a similar Facilities Coordinator role. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
