Looking for a way to make the most of your communication, organisation and administration skills? Join the team supporting our Out Of Hours (in Devon) and you’ll get set working hours on a weekly basis, plus the chance to develop your career. We can also offer a bespoke rota pattern for you to allow for a good work-life balance. This can be discussed further at the interview stage.
As the largest independent provider of NHS services, Practice Plus Group is delivering a new model of Integrated Urgent Care that reduces pressures on services and staff. By bringing together NHS 111 call centres, clinical assessment and other urgent care services, we enable patients to access the right care, when they need it. It’s better for everyone.
As a Coordinator at our OOH service, you’ll be a single point of contact and liaison for all members of this multidisciplinary team, as well as other internal and external services. You’ll provide coordination and support to ensure the smooth running of shifts – and respond swiftly and efficiently if there’s any breakdown in the service. This could include making comfort/safety calls to patients when required.
This role is to work in a permanent capacity and requires working an average of 8/9 hours per week, on a 3-week rolling rota.
