Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our office team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to our supportive and inclusive work environment. Responsibilities: Handle phone enquiries and emails from potential and existing clients and suppliers. Assist in managing the director’s schedule for client meetings and site visits. Maintain the CRM system, including scheduling work for mobile operatives. Assist in the preparation of quotations, completion reports, and other documentation. Track and order any stock/equipment. Execute tasks with precision and diligence. Experience and Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent attention to detail. Highly organized with effective workload and deadline management. Competent in basic maths skills. Strong communication skills, comfortable dealing with clients and customers via phone and email.
