The Role
Our Assistant Store Managers go beyond just great management skills, they share their expertise and support their team to grow and develop. A strong focus on delivering a great customer experience whilst meeting targets and increasing sales (it doesn’t hurt to beat the competition either). A passion for Beauty and Health products, Retail and Customer satisfaction alongside a sense of pride for every member of your team will be the foundation for all the success you and your team achieve. You will work alongside your Store Manager to lead your team to beat sales and service targets. You will work together to identify and explore opportunities to grow sales, ensure optimum stock range and availability, whilst maintaining strict cost and stock control.

Journey to Joining Our Amazing Team
1. Apply online by submitting your CV, ensuring it highlights how your experience aligns with the Manager role.
2. Telephone Screening: Our Talent Team will review your application, and if you meet the role's requirements, they will contact you to arrange a 20-minute telephone screening. This conversation will help us learn more about you and your experience.
3. Interview Preparation: SWOT Analysis: If you successfully pass the telephone screening, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview with the Area Manager. As part of your preparation, you'll need to complete a SWOT analysis of the store you are applying to. You can do this at a time that works best for you before your interview.
4. Interview: The interview will be held in-store and will involve a detailed discussion about your experience and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also present your SWOT analysis, providing an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your retail knowledge.
5. Offer & Onboarding: If successful, you will receive a job offer with details about the role, salary, training store, and benefits. We'll guide you through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth start into your new role.
