As a CCTV Monitoring Administrator, in our Loss Prevention Team you will provide crucial support through administrative tasks, fact-finding, and reporting, helping our team ensure security across our stores.
In this role, you'll also manage phone calls, communicating with store managers, third-party contacts, and other stakeholders to provide clear updates, handle queries, and ensure smooth coordination of loss prevention activities.

* £23,956 per annum
* Based on site at our Liverpool Head Office

Job Overview
* Analyse CCTV footage and incident reports to assess and understand security incidents.
* Conduct fact-finding activities and investigations to aid the Loss Prevention Team.
* Liaise confidently with stores, management, and third-party contacts via phone and email, ensuring effective communication.
* Provide ongoing administrative support to the team, including data collation and report generation.
* Create and distribute internal posters and other communications to relevant stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate records, following established procedures and adhering to security and health & safety standards.
Minimum Criteria To Apply
* Proven administration experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* A confident communicator with excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
