Permanent – Full Time 42.5 hours per week Monday-Friday
Up to £31,060.00 per annum + company van and fuel card
This contract provides a 24-hour Housing repair service. This post offers the opportunity to participate in additional hours, which can potentially boost earnings by approximately £5k per annum, based on weekend work or call out if suitably skilled in other areas of construction. Participation is optional and not mandatory.
What we are looking for:
As a Carpenter/joiner, you will be working in our tenanted properties, working alongside the local councils. Your tasks will include installing or repairing doors, windows, skirting boards, and much more. Key Criteria:
* UK Full Driving licence
* NVQ or equivalent in carpentry
* Previous on-the-job experience
* Customer service experience
* Provide own hand tools
* IT literate.
