Henderson Foodservice is the leading supplier to the food service industry in Ireland. We source and supply a range of thousands of products to customers including hotels, restaurants, and public sector organisations such as hospitals and offices.

The Purpose of the role:
The Barista Bar ‘Operations Support Executive’ will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Barista Bar across Northern Ireland, Great Britain and beyond as part of future development and extension plans.
Reporting to the Barista Bar Operations Support Manager you will be responsible for both new and existing customers, all while upholding brand standards, and fostering customer loyalty.
Working as Operations Support Executive you will:
* Supporting with the installation of new Barista Bar stands/machines across both NI & GB, including training new & existing Barista Bar retail customers.
* Supporting at trade shows/events as part of the Barista Bar expansion strategy.
* Conduct weekly audits across NI stores and GB if/when required, ensuring adherence to brand standards to ensure consistency, addressing operational challenges, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Following up any audit non-conformances, analysing key performance indicators and trends, and reviewing cup sales and loyalty data to drive customer compliance and enhance loyalty and engagement.
* Identifying opportunities to increase revenue through innovative service offerings and coffee-to-go solutions, contributing to sales and profitability.
* Dealing with customer queries through our customer online support platform, Zoho desk.
* Working with internal and external stakeholders
* Assisting with costing and margins for products
* Compiling training cards for new products
* Consistently represent the brand to support its growth and development.
* Assist the Operations Support Manager, Assistant Brand Manager, and Brand Manager with various tasks as needed, and provide support to the wider Barista Bar team.
Skills for Success
Joining us as Operations Support Executive the minimum criteria you’ll need is:
* Minimum of 4 GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent)
* Experience of working within FMCG or Retail environment
* Full Valid UK/EU Driving license
The Attributes you’ll need include:
* Highly organised
* Ability to work well on your own initiative and as part of a team.
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Regular reporting of sales.
It is Desirable if you have:
* 3rd Level qualification or equivalent in Business, IT, Marketing or relevant field
* Experience in the Coffee-to-go market.
* Experience in co-ordinating installations and the working functions of Bean to Cup machines.
* Experience in driving sales through NPD.
* Experience in supporting and co-ordinating & setting up exhibitions.
* Experience in conducting unannounced audits.
* Knowledge of WMF 5000’s Machines
* Experience working within a retail/shop/Café environment.
* Knowledge of Audit Comply and Qlick Sense

This is a full-time position working 36.5 hours per week. Working hours will be 8:45am-4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8:45am-3:45pm Friday. Hybrid and flexible working arrangement available. Travel will be required within NI, ROI, and GB. Additionally, work outside of regular hours may be required.
