About the Role
We are looking for a highly literate and proactive individual to take ownership of our DBS compliance process, ensuring the highest levels of safeguarding and regulatory adherence. You will work closely with managers and colleagues to maintain compliance across the organisation, while also supporting on wider HR administration and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage DBS compliance from start to finish, ensuring alignment with organisational KPIs
? Maintain and organise employee files, updating internal databases and improving document management
? Provide administrative support across HR functions, ensuring efficient record-keeping
? Support the team with ad hoc HR projects and reporting as required
? Manage risk related to EDI, safeguarding, and data protection
? Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
? Work collaboratively with managers, attending meetings and contributing to a positive workplace culture
What We're Looking For:
?? Experience managing the DBS process and ensuring compliance
?? Strong administration skills with the ability to organise and streamline processes
?? Proactive and able to take initiative to complete tasks independently
?? Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
?? A team player who can collaborate effectively with managers and colleagues
