Working as part of a closely-knit team of 7, and reporting to the People Director, you will provide high quality and commercial Business Partnering and advice to the Senior Management Team and managers across the business and support in the delivery of strategic people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a full generalist HR and People Support Service to the region.
Collaborate closely with Area Sales Managers and the wider People team to deliver proactive, commercial and value adding People support to the Region, driving engagement and motivation to improve performance and grow talent across the region.
