We are looking for 2 x Business Support Officers to join our Central Area Finance Support team. Our team covers processes relating to invoicing, data entry and queries for our Health and Adult Service.
The role of the team is to provide a high standard of financial administrative support to a range of service teams. Duties will include:
1. Payment of invoices to providers
2. Raising of invoices to clients for care received
3. Data input including adding information to budgetary spreadsheets.
The skills you will need to demonstrate for this role are:
1. Good use of computer packages particularly Microsoft Excel
2. Strong organisational and time management skills
3. Using your own initiative
4. Ability to work to deadlines
5. Good communication skills
6. Excellent customer service skills
7. The ability to deal with confidential information and sensitive issues (GDPR)
8. The ability to work confidently and effectively with people across the organisation
What you will bring….
To be successful you must be able to demonstrate good use of computer packages, mainly Excel, have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and have the ability to problem solve. Experience of data entry is preferable but full training will be provided. You must respect the need for confidentiality of personal information and have knowledge of Data Protection (GDPR), Equalities and Health and Safety requirements of working within an office environment.
