Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
Location: Dorridge, Solihull

Who We're Looking For

We are expanding our team and are excited to offer opportunities for talented chefs at all levels. Whether you're an aspiring culinary artist just starting your career or a seasoned professional looking for your next challenge, we have a place for you!


Key Responsibilities

1. Section Management: Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in your assigned section (e.g., grill, fish, pasta, pastries, etc.).
2. Quality Control: Ensure all food leaving your section meets the restaurant's high standards of taste, presentation, and safety.
3. Menu Contribution: Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and refine menu items, incorporating seasonal and fresh ingredients.
4. Training & Supervision: Mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
5. Inventory & Ordering: Manage stock levels and orders for your section, ensuring ingredients are fresh and well-stocked.
6. Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.


Requirements

1. Experience: Relevant experience in the culinary field (varies by position), preferably experience in a professional kitchen.
2. Skills: Strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and a passion for food. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
3. Team Player: Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen team.
4. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Positions Available


LINE COOK

1. Prepare and cook menu items with precision
2. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
3. Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency


COMMIS CHEF

1. Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties
2. Learn and develop culinary skills under the guidance of experienced chefs
3. Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen


PASTRY CHEF

1. Design and create desserts and baked goods
2. Innovate and experiment with new recipes
3. Maintain high standards of presentation and taste


CHEF DE PARTIE

1. Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in your assigned section
2. Ensure all food leaving your section meets the restaurant's high standards
3. Manage stock levels
4. Support the team in maintaining a clean environment
