Elevation HR are delighted to be working on a HR Manager role for a South Yorkshire based client looking to recruit a Senior HR Manager/HRBP to join their team.
The role offers excellent benefits and will be hybrid/flexible, approximately 3 days in the office.
This is a key role in the department and will lead the day-to-day operations, managing a small team of HRBPs and HR Administrators. This is an opportunity to progress the department and streamline systems and processes as well as enable a more creative, proactive (and less reactive) approach to HR.
The role will be fully involved in the day-to-day activity as a point of reference for elevated queries and have the leadership abilities to develop and improve policies and procedures.
Additionally, we’re looking for someone who also has experience of compensation and benefits as the role will lead on initiatives involving:
1. Reviewing and developing HR reporting and analytics
2. Design of compensation frameworks
3. Data analysis, offering in-depth reporting on BAU reward activities as well as project progression, making recommendations for improvements
4. Reviewing and introducing job evaluation frameworks
5. Reviewing job content and role architectures
6. Liaise, participate and lead on Group reward projects and initiatives
The ideal person should be a generalist HR manager with exposure to compensation & benefits/reward or a desire to be fully involved in this area. Additionally, you should possess strong leadership capabilities with the ability to drive HR for the business.
Minimum Requirements:
* Strong HR generalist experience with demonstrable HR team management skills
* Desirable experience within Reward and Benefits facilitation
* Strong people and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact and influence all levels of stakeholders
* Strong commercial focus with excellent problem-solving skills
* Solid data and IT literacy and the ability to share technical knowledge and data analysis results across the Group
