Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator - Temp-Perm
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Much Wenlock, Shropshire.
Our client is looking for somebody who has an excellent telephone manner, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has high attention to detail, and can work well within a team environment.
Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am - 17:00pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
Salary: £24,375.00-£27,000 per annum DOE.
Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Communicate effectively with transport companies.
2. Making outbound calls.
3. Sorting out delivery issues.
4. Dealing with customer after sales enquiries.
5. Sending any invoices as requested.
6. Order processing.
7. Answering email enquiries.
8. Supporting the sales manager.
