£20 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Provide tailored support to secondary school students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Develop and implement individualised education plans based on students' needs
* Deliver engaging lessons and activities to promote academic progress and social development
* Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure holistic support for students
* Regularly assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
Required Qualifications:
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Understanding of SEN legislation and best practises
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Prior experience working as a SEN Tutor or in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of different learning styles and strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
* Organisational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional training or certification in SEN support
* Experience working in a secondary school setting
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours, with flexibility required
* Work primarily within a school setting
* Collaborative work with school staff, parents, and external agencies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
