Kitchen Operations Manager
We are seeking an Executive Head of Kitchen Operations to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing daily kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading kitchen teams and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Estimated salary: £42,000 - £48,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
About the Role
1. Develop and implement effective kitchen procedures to ensure efficient meal preparation and delivery.
2. Maintain accurate records of kitchen inventory, supplies, and labor costs.
3. Collaborate with the catering team to plan and prepare special events and functions.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior kitchen management position.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* A strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
