Monitor and control customer accounts, identifying any issues and resolving them promptly. Prepare monthly reports on credit control activities. Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to achieve department goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. Ensure all credit control activities adhere to company policies and regulations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the credit control process. Assist with other financial duties as required. Profile A successful Credit Controller should have: Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Prior experience in a similar role within the industrial / manufacturing sector. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
