As this is a Community based role you are required to have a full UK driving licence and access to your own car - we are unable to process any applications if you do not possess these. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team of domiciliary care workers, you will be required to provide personal care (as required), prepare meals, assist with eating and drinking, carrying out shopping requirements, possibly providing palliative and end of life care and supporting service users and their families - whilst ensuring the care plan is always followed and report any changes as required. About You Qualities were looking for: Empathetic and compassionate – Going back to basics, we need individuals who are passionate about providing care and support to residents of all abilities Able to build rapport and relationships quickly Trustworthy and reliable – Are you punctual? Can you manage your time well? Resilience? – Care is extremely rewarding, but can you handle the challenges as well as the fulfilment Flexible – We try our best to ensure you can work the shifts preferred, but on occasions you may need to be flexible What we need from you: Can you work shifts between 3pm and 10pm? Desire to provide personal care and support services to residents which respect rights and choices Do you have the right to work in the UK with proofs?
