Regional HR Manager (Contract) – London (Hybrid, 3 days in office)
Are you an experienced HR Manager with a strong grasp of UK employment law and a passion for people management? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling ER cases, grievances, and redundancies with confidence?
We’re looking for an HR Manager to join our team on a contract basis, leading a team of six direct reports and providing expert guidance on complex employee relations matters. Knowledge of French and/or German employment law would be highly beneficial.
What you’ll be doing:
✅ Managing a team of six HR professionals, ensuring best practices and compliance
✅ Leading and advising on employee relations, grievances, and redundancies
✅ Ensuring compliance with UK employment law (French/German employment law knowledge is a bonus!)
✅ Supporting a hybrid workforce with three days per week in our London office
What we’re looking for:
🔹 Proven HR leadership experience with a focus on ER, grievances & redundancies
🔹 Strong knowledge of UK employment law (French/German employment law expertise is a plus)
🔹 Ability to navigate complex HR challenges and support senior stakeholders
🔹 Experience managing a team and driving HR best practices
