Adecco working in partnership with Bentley Motors is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator to join our client's dynamic Whole Vehicle Physics Team. This is your chance to work at the forefront of vehicle technology, focusing on key attributes like Powertrain and Chassis Acoustics, Aerodynamics, and Vehicle Efficiency!
What You'll Do:
In this multifaceted role, you will be crucial in managing the logistics and support for vehicle testing. Here's a snapshot of your key responsibilities:
1. Logistics Management:
Oversee fleet management and logistics, ensuring the smooth delivery and collection of vehicles.
Organise vehicle cleaning and fuelling, and ensure comprehensive vehicle check sheets are completed upon receipt.
2. Testing Coordination:
Provide logistics support for both UK and EU-based testing activities, ensuring timely execution and accurate documentation of test data.
3. Vehicle Usage Requests:
Participate in vehicle usage and specification meetings, presenting requirements as necessary.
4. Safety and Compliance:
Maintain EG/P COSHH cabinets with bi-monthly audits and monthly restocking.
Lead weekly 6S audits and address any findings promptly.
5. Point of Contact:
Act as the ETC point of contact for problem tracking and resolution, including maintenance calls and calibration management.
6. Documentation and Monitoring:
Document and track standard work processes for EGP, ensuring all aspects are efficiently managed.
