***Full time permanent Trainee Nursing Assistant role***

Your responsibilities will include ensuring our residents’ care planning arrangements are delivered impeccably. We aim to offer our residents a sense of choice and independence, and you will be the person to ensure we do. Whether you’re taking up a nursing task delegated to you, reporting an accident, or spending time with someone demonstrating symptoms of dementia, resident wellbeing will always be your top priority.
We have created a new Nursing Assistant role, the very first of its kind! Our outstanding development program will upskill and train Senior Care Assistants to undertake more responsibilities to develop into a Nursing Assistant. You will receive a salary increase upon completing your program. This role will assist in tasks such as administering medicines, wound care, catheter care, and other direct clinical tasks under the supervision and guidance of a qualified Nurse.
This is what you need to qualify for the development program:
1. S/NVQ Level III Health & Social Care (or working towards)
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Health & Social Care
3. Knowledge and understanding of person-centred care planning processes and the relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
Hourly rate is subject to experience and qualifications.
