As a Project Engineer, you'll help optimize eMachine Design processes and procedures, ensuring timely delivery of traction and auxiliary motors that meet AML’s vehicle attributes. What You’ll Do: Design and develop advanced eMachines, working closely with a small, dynamic team. Present innovative design solutions, enabling trade-offs between component attributes and their impact on electrified powertrain systems and vehicle performance. Define and manage commodity strategies within the EPT department, resolving engineering challenges. Collaborate with suppliers on eMachine-related topics, supporting full-cycle design from concept to production. Key Requirements: Experience designing eMachines for automotive or aerospace applications. Proven ability to take eMachines from concept to production.
