Job Title: Senior CRA

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per year (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will work across a variety of therapeutic areas, including Oncology, and will be based anywhere in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct national monitoring across the UK and Ireland for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies
• Lead Oncology trials, including solid tumor studies, Prostate, NSCLC, Leukemia, Breast, Glioblastoma, and Hematological Malignancies
• Work across other therapeutic areas, such as Neuroscience, Cell/Gene therapies, Respiratory, Cardiovascular, Infectious disease, Nephrology, Endocrinology & Gastroenterology
• Average 5-6 protocols per CRA
• Implement risk-based monitoring models
• Spend up to 8 days on-site per month or more
Requirements:
• Previous UK monitoring experience is essential
• Strong knowledge of clinical research principles and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team
