The Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Building Surveyor to join our expanding team. You will: Conduct Type 2 and Type 3 Residential Building Surveys on a variety of residential properties, providing clear, detailed, and impartial reports to clients. Conduct mortgage valuations Advise clients on property condition, urgent repairs, potential risks, and estimated costs, ensuring they make informed home-buying decisions. Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and solicitors as required, maintaining our reputation for outstanding service. About You AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualified, with at least one year of post-qualification experience in residential surveying. Demonstrable experience in delivering RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, with a strong understanding of current building regulations and property defects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused approach. Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own workload effectively.
