As the Electrical and Instrumentation Technical Planner you will lead the Vivergo Maintenance Planning Process and deliver planned work to enable scheduling of 100% of working hours available on a weekly basis. This role is also responsible for driving a 6-week work execution plan and supporting upcoming TARs. A day in the life of an E&I Planner? It's ensuring that Work Orders are fully specified within the timescale derived by the Priority Matrix (VMP), with individual steps identified and Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) fully prepared. Making sure that all tools, equipment and spares required to complete the task are available, to enable safe and on-time execution. You'll work closely with Vivergo's small team of schedulers and other planners, becoming an integral part of maintenance strategy and delivery. Sound Interesting? We think so About You What you'll be doing Implementing and maintaining high standards of safety suitable for an upper tier COMAH site. Driving the VMP from a planning perspective to support optimised continuous production activities and prevent loss of throughput and/or efficiency that might affect commercial profit and loss. Plan for upcoming interventions and TAR’s. Key responsibilities Review work orders for completeness and for adequate definition of required solution. Identify task parts, activities, tools, services and equipment necessary to execute job Prepare work packs, detailing parts, services, resource, duration and cost data in CMMS Prepare Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) including Permit Request Maintain the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to plan all maintenance and engineering work on site Plan work to fill a “six-week schedule” making the most effective and efficient use of available resources, making decisions based on operational needs Plan On Site and Off Site maintenance disciplines. Liaise with Maintenance Assistant/Stores and Procurement for material/ spares and repair status. Analyse CMMS metrics and providing reports on resource utilisation Provide input into any staffing changes that may be necessary based on historical trends and forecasts Develop outage/ shutdown planned work as necessary to optimise workflow Maintain and manage weekly and monthly metrics, logs and records to assist in KPI tracking Work closely and develop good working relationships with external support companies to deliver requirements for 24/7 operations Seek out and specify isolation envelopes to enable safe execution of work What you'll need We are looking for someone who is NVQ level 3 Qualified in a relevant discipline with previous exposure to an upper tier COMAH site. You will be experienced in maintenance planning and working with CMMS systems (AX Dynamics preferable). The ability to interpret OEM manuals, data sheets and various other drawings, in order to present the required information to the technicians to enable work execution is essential. Ideally you will have an up to date COMPEX qualification. We are also looking for someone who is self-driven, results orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on safety, high quality, and commercial success for Vivergo.
