Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process by providing administrative and operational support to the sales team and customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support:
o Prepare, manage, and update sales documents, contracts, and reports.
o Maintain and organise the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer records.
2. Customer Support:
o Respond to customer enquiries, providing accurate information and directing queries as appropriate.
o Assist in resolving customer issues to ensure a seamless experience.
o Collaborate with the sales team to manage schedules, appointments, and sales leads.
o Process orders, track shipments, and manage delivery schedules.
o Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for client meetings.
o Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance.
o Coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure timely delivery of services or products.
3. Data Management & Reporting:
o Compile and analyse sales data to produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.
o Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
* Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in a sales environment or with customer relationship management systems.
* Knowledge of sales processes and procedures.
* Familiarity with project management tools and software.
