Titan Flooring Ltd are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing flooring projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. You will work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to manage resources, schedules and project scope.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and maintain all project documentation.
* Conduct daily briefings and internal coordination meetings.
* Ensure compliance with TFL & the Main Contractors' H&S requirements.
* Coordinate and communicate with Main Contractor Managers.
* Manage all materials in line with the project programme.
* Supervise TFL operatives and labourers on-site.
* Work alongside the Project Lead to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Assist in meeting all NEC contract compliance requirements.

Skills & Experience Required:
* Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
* SMSTS & CSCS Certification.
* Construction related degree or NVQ.
* Strong technical knowledge of soft flooring.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in computer applications relevant to project management.
* Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing project demands.
