The post holder will be required to provide clerical and administrative support to the engineering and building team within CHoICE Hard FM. This will form part of and include: The production and management of spreadsheets, data bases and other associated documents based on information provided; updating, recording and filing of completed service sheets in a proscribed format and location; also, the recording and taking of meeting minutes including the circulation pre & post meeting information. Forming part of the Estates Help Desk team which typically provides first level response to complaints and queries raised by CHoICE customers including emergency requests/queries. Assist with the day to day management of external contractors on site, this may include: advising external contractor of the correct process for registering on site, registering their vehicles on site and the issuing of keys and swipe access passes when instructed by the relevant engineer/builder.
