Job Description
* Overseeing the operation and maintenance of all M&E services.
* Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.

* Implementing preventative maintenance programmes.
* Preparing and managing budgets for M&E services.
* Conducting regular facility inspections and reporting on the condition of mechanical and electrical systems.

The Successful Applicant
A successful 'M&E Maintenance Manager' should have:
* A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role, preferably in the Not For Profit sector.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as health and safety regulations.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on attitude.
