Job summary We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic person to join our team as an Administration Officer, fixed term until 31st December 2025. You will need to have an understanding of how North and Mid Essex Equipment Loans support and assist people to maintain their independence and safety in their own home. The service has a key role in supporting provision of end of life care, to those in their own homes, through timely provision of critical equipment. Each day is varied, often providing rewarding challenges supporting and assisting colleagues and patients and their family. Internal applicants currently employed by ESNEFT will be offered on a secondment basis only. This will need to be discussed with your line manager. Main duties of the job You will process equipment requests from clinical staff working within ESNEFT, North East Essex CCG, NEECS, Mid Essex CCG/Community Services (Provide) and Mid Essex Hospital under the direction of the Assistant Manager or Operational Manager. You will be expected to return incomplete orders if clinical reasoning is not provided to the prescribing clinician or ward.
