Capula Investment Management is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2-3+ years of experience in a search firm, bank, hedge fund, or asset management firm.
The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and assessing top-tier talent for our firm. Your primary focus will be managing the hiring process for our internship programme, as well as supporting broader talent acquisition initiatives across non-trading functions such as technology, operations, product control, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
Internship Programme Hiring:
1. Manage and screen incoming applications for our trading and research internship programme.
2. Conduct CV reviews and initial assessments to identify strong candidates.
3. Own candidate management, ensuring a high-quality experience from application to offer.
4. Conduct first-round interviews with prospective trading and research interns.
Research & Headhunting:
1. Proactively map the market to identify high-caliber talent within non-trading functions.
2. Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines across technology, operations, product control, and finance.
3. Utilise a mix of direct sourcing, networking, and headhunting to engage passive candidates.
Process & Coordination:
1. Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and refine recruitment strategies.
2. Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and recruitment data.
3. Ensure an efficient and well-organized interview process.
Minimum Requirements
1. Experience: 2-3+ years in a search firm, investment bank, hedge fund, or asset manager, with exposure to research, interview coordination, and candidate management.
2. Intellectual Curiosity: We want someone who is intellectually curious, analytical, and always eager to learn.
3. Data driven approach: We are looking for someone who is highly analytical and has experience in managing large data sets.
4. Proactive & Driven: Someone who wants to take ownership, step up, and grow within the firm.
