Site General Operator – Winder Operations

Core Making
• Operate all Core winders to ensure a continuous supply to the converting lines.
Day Service
• Assist with a variety of tasks, including forklift operations, cleaning, machine clothing changes, and warehousing duties.
Winder Operations
• Operate the Rewinder to meet any demand required efficiently.
Hours
• This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with standard hours being 8am – 4.30pm.

Responsibilities
• Safely operate high-speed machinery.
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform quality and safety checks.
• Troubleshoot, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Load and unload products using a counterbalance forklift.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and regulations.
Requirements
• Valid Counterbalance FLT license
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Adherence to all health and safety standards
• Punctuality and reliable attendance
• Ability to work within rotating shifts
