Job Role
We're recruiting a Team Leader to join our team. You will manage a team of Employment Specialists, providing supervision, training, caseload management, and role modelling of the IPS approach as part of the holistic recovery plan for health service users. Your role will be pivotal in managing a high-quality service that meets Fidelity standards and delivers positive outcomes. You will work with clients who have health support needs, assisting them in securing sustainable paid employment aligned with their preferences. Embedding a high-performance culture, you will ensure contractual delivery supported by quality and compliance, within budget, through effective management and leadership.
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate effective coaching and mentoring skills and have leadership or management experience. We seek someone with high initiative and motivation, capable of problem-solving and working under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and guide the performance of IPS Employment Specialists to meet job outcome targets.
* Identify staff training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities.

Skills and Experience
Essential
* Knowledge of disability/health issues, policies, and employment legislation.
* Understanding of supported employment principles and practices.
* GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths (Grade C or above) or comparable experience.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Skype, and digital technologies.
* Experience in a target-driven environment and delivering services meeting contractual standards.
Desirable
* Knowledge of the IPS approach.
* Experience working in advice & guidance environments.
* Full driving license for deployment across regions if required.
